So enjoy you're random content, comments are always appreciated, and even some of them will be rewarded in their own way but it's still cool. We all need a break from the real world oh baby yes it's true. Hey Some of us need a real break from our basic work but uh,… sometimes ...well…we need a break from YOU! So enjoy you're random content, comments are super nice and appreciated, yes they do, and even some of them are even rewarded now, in their own way, I trust it’s cool. SO tell yo friends, tell yo mother, tell your pet rock, it's still cool! Just please don't tell your Aunt Bertha, cuz she don't play it like we do.. cuz...it's cuz...we be old school!

"16 Dollar House" Squatter lives in $340,000 house for $16
Kenneth Robinson, 51, (calls himself) a real estate investor, had moved into an abandoned, $340,000 home in a Dallas suburb for $16 by citing a ridiculous law.
This guy paid $16 to file a one-page “affidavit of adverse possession” that essentially allowed him to move into the property, as long as he kept up the lawn, paid taxes and homeowner’s association fees. This guy did not purchase or owned the house in any way. The previous owner abandoned the house...
Robinson lived there for eight months during which he lived mortgage- and rent-free. Yes, he was then evicted after Bank of America (the real owners) finalized the foreclosure. He then turned his housing scheme into an adverse possession-themed cottage industry that resulted in a hot-selling, self-published e-book, “Open and Notorious: Kenneth Robinson on Adverse Possession" and now speaks to groups of people to teach them, in a sense, how to squat. You can actually purchase his book for $9.97 conveniently off of his website...16dollarhouse.com and (as I know you were all hoping) you can learn more about him...He will not say how much he has made from these books.
